Why to Stay Healthy

It is important to stay healthy because it gives you more energy and helps you not to get sick. You can stay healthy by doing simple things like eating healthy foods and getting a good amount of exercise. Another thing you can do to stay healthy is to wash your hands. Every day it is suggested to eat protein, like meat or nuts, something dairy, like milk or cheese, some vegetables, like corn or green beans,  some fruit, like strawberries or oranges, and something with grains, like cheerios or whole wheat toast. You should get exercise everyday, for about 30 minutes.
